Not attended complaint properly

Sir,

I have taken AMC for the IFB Elena washing machine on 18/10 and AMC NO. 16133

for one year contract. As per my complaint No. 2253153 dt. 03/10, Mr Sherif Engineer was attended and told, the DRUM should be changed it will take time for 2 weeks and till such time you can use the machine and the change of the DRUM will count under the AMC only even though it close shortly and Iam not going to close your case and marked as major. I waited for one month but nobody turn for change drum. I tried to contact Mr Sherif but I could not get it. later I got him middle of November and he told me please contact my leader Mr Rajesh and mobile No. 09841749623. According to him I phoned to Mr Rajesh and he said contact me on Monday. On Monday I contact Mr Rajesh and he said that elena model drum not yet received, when it received it will change for you. Again I contact the service center " MARTIX CONSULTANCY FRANCHISEE IFB INDUSTRIES LIMITED Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai-101 and expalin the details but till the date no information and nobody attend the complaint for the change of the drum.

Please look into the matter and speedy attend the complaint
