Poor Service

I purchased a Elena Washing machine 0n 7th November with a warranty of 24 months from thedate of purchase. I recently made a complaint to IFB Call centre with regard to leakng of the washing machine from the bottom side. My complaint No. 2410717 dated 10th November.. Next day some mechanic came and inspected the washing machine. He told us that some pipe has broken and it needs o be replaced and promised to repir the machine next day. Now it is more than 7 days. I made frequent calls to the call centre and their servic centres 25776208/9868422771. Everybody the call centre and service centre tells tat the mecahnic is on the way and it will be repaired "today itself". This atttiude of the IFB is highly unwarranted. Will someonin the higher authority look into the matter. I purchased this IFB product for better service it is known for. Now it has gone to dogs. Anybody wants to purchase IFB product may think twice before purchaing the IFB product.
