I as a citizen of india want to inform u that Mr. Surjit singh (R/o 49 New pawan nagar Street No 13 Batala road Amritsar) a retired J.E. from last 15 years using illeagel means(/kundi) to steel electercity .i hade made many complaints about this to authority but nobody bother about this. THe meater is inside his house he naked the wire and at nihgt daily ae use to plug kundi and stopped the meter

i as a citizen want u to enquire abuot this matter and punish him according to law
