Laptop Battery

We purchase a HCL Infiniti Powerlite 6020 Leaptop. Due to the battery problem we locked the complain (No. 400494) on 18th April for Laptop (S.No.5073A1479300) battery problem still now it was not yet rectified. We know that every organization will provide the laptop for high level people in which battery is necessary for travelling purpose.

Regarding this we are following Mr. Biju (mbiju@hcl.in) & Mr. Sandeep (psandeep@hcl.in).

We are not able to speak Mr. Sandeep thro Land line & Mobile still now. Mr. Biju asked us to speak with Mr. Sandeep.

During the warrany period we are not able to get the accessories, after?

We don't know, this what the support we can get from the HCL.
