Car Loan and Down Payment

I had purchased a new car through Elite Carz & Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd., 16, Main Market, Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015 (011-45009944/41411192) on 12 Mar. This agency was suppose to clear my car loan and do the down payment to the dealer. I had made the complete downpayment to this agency on 12 Mar. I have taken loan from HDFC bank and the loan amount is also credited in the account of Car dealer (Capital Hyundai, Sec 63, NOIDA) on 30 Mar.

Today I came to know though my car dealer that Elite Carz & Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. has not paid the whole downpayment amount (given by me through net banking on 12 Mar) to the car dealer and car dealer has refused to give me the ownership document (RC) of the CAR.

Kindly guide me, what should I do to sort out this issue?

Because of this I am facing lot of mental tension, which is affecting my regular work also.
