Conversion of Prepaid Number to Postpaid not done!!

I got a call on my no. from the idea customer care in regard to convert my prepaid no. to postpaid on 27/06/09 and on the same day an executive had arrived to my office and collect rs.500 with one photos, voter card xerox and give me a reciept. After that i call them many times but they are no picking up the call, Sometimes they pick and say, this is not idea post paid office. I want my money back and the no. remain to be prepaid. i think this bpo is provide the worse service to there customer. i don, t expect the service of such type from idea.
