Warranty claim

We bought decking material that has cracked and sagged. This deck is only 2 years old, being completed in Nov. of 2006. The cost for material over $7, 000 and labor $3, 000. They will cover the cracked boards [6] and the fascia but not the sagging boards [which is all of them] claiming it was our fault. After the deck was built and our claim was denied, we were sent a sheet on how to decking application instructions. This was never sent to us at time of purchase. The orginal company has been bought out and it is now GAFELK.
