reference no1258 dated 29-6 & followup no 1516 dated 14-7 but bill no 0r001845

problem -battery not charge by ups

case discussed: Mr o.p. sharma dated 16-7 & vipin sharma dated 18-7 regarding above issue

dear sir

in view of above complaint your ups is not recharge battery . but you Eng s. not properly chq. the ups & always ask for money Rs.400.00

1) ups is still not charge battery & visiting charge is once paid for one month as told by your staff jogender choudhary (uncivisied person), negi & site engg.

2) i deccuss this metter with mr o.p. singh dated 15 or 16-7 . he also told that your complaint is solve very soon without any charge.

3) i discussed this matter on dated 18-7 with mr jogender chodhary. but he is try for more money for attending the complaint & using the abusing lanuage (pl. send him for training for coordinate the call or send him for leave to relex his mind)

4) after then dated 18-7 i discuss this metter with mr vipin sharma. he also try to resolve the issue . but i think he fail to make the conference between three (vipin, choudhary & me)
