Nondelivery of articles sent by speed post

I sent some important documents by speed post to Elsevier (book publishers) in their new postal address at Haryana (Gurgaon, Haryaana - 2) on 21st January from Pattambi Head Post Office. The packet was returned to me undelivered a week later telling that there is no firm in that address. Today I contacted the publishers (Elsevier) who confirmed that the address is correct and that they are receiving other mails in that address. I am submitting this for your clarification.
