I purchased a Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator, Model No. ER60 on 09.03.05 which has stopped cooling for last ten days or so. Ever since I have been trying to contact their customer care call center on Tel. No. 011-39404040 to lodge a complaint with a request to set the refrigerator right but every time I am kept on hold for as long as 8-10 minutesd without anyone attending to my call on the prerecorded voice message to the effect that all customer care executives being busy. I even sent SMS on 01.05.09 and followed it up with reminder SMS by sending "SVC" to No. 53030 to lodg my complaint but to no avail. The service is really pathetic and I warn all prospective users of product of electrolux Kelvinator India to keep away from it.
