Asked to pay courier charges to collect my prize

Sir,

I have received from MR. james keegan from uk that I have won the email address lottery win and he asked to collect the cheuqe and other valuable documents through courier, parcel deop courier services, who is the owner of that parcel head Mr. brain cox by paying indian money Rs.20, 000/- approx outof three options. I also received call from the number 1919819815837 by confirming the prize which I won. I do not know whether it is true or fraud one. they said my ticket no is 56475600545188, ref: XYL/26510460037/05. They can not able to pay the balance amount after deducting my delivery charges because it is protected by hard insurance company. please suggest me what i have to do further. HOw can i confirm suppose if it is true
