EMCURE PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, PUNE
FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT DUES

I was working with Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, Pune as a SALES MANAGER based at DELHI. My Company terminated my services on 23rd March. Till date, I have not recieved my DUES though I have sent a REPEATED REMINDER to the COMPANY . My DUES are to the Tune of Rs.80000 (Rupees Eighty Thousand Plus, including 23 days Salary of March Rs.51000 Expenses/Travel Bill of February 09 - Rs.17518.00 Travel Bill of March 09 - Rs.13282.00 Leave Encashment). I had already sent all the details with original voucher to Mr Uday Borde, GM, HRD for the neccesary action. But till date, they are not doing any thing, on the contrary, they are deducting or penalising me of Three Months Salary for leaving the organization.

But, true fact is that the Company has terminated me from the services. Therefore, I REQUEST you to do the needful at earliest as presently I am going through mental trauma and monetary problem.
