Refund of money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a medical insurance (mediclaim) for me & my family which was made by my company with oriental insurance. Oriental insurance had given it to the third party e-medi serve in the first year & e-meditek solution in the next year. My mother had gone through an operation in december for right uretic stone. it was informed to e-meditek solutions pvt ltd prior to the operation. An application was also given to them before the operation. The claim no is 820426 for an amount of rs.35582.36/-. the operation was done in peerless hospital & B.K.roy research centre in kolkata. I had submitted all the documents in their kolkata office on 8/12/08. after 3 months they had sent me a letter mentioning that the amount cannot be refunded as in the first year of inception treatment for renal stone is not payable within 2yrs of inception of the policy.

now my poit is i had insured in oriental insurance company for more than 2years & its the oriental insurance company who has deliberately given it to the third party changing it each year so that refund cannot be claimed from them. Can you help me out to get back my money. they even had not refunded my original documents after visiting their office several times. awaiting for your kind reply 7 necessary action please.
