I purchased an emergency light lump from the Chabra Agency at Gumti No.5 Kanpur. After purchase, I find the capacity of battery discharging was only 1 hour

accordingly I proceed to get it repair. The Chhabra Agency instructed me to get it repair from C.J. Agaency at Kakadeo as they are authorised repairer under waranty period. Repeatedly, I am visiting the C.J. Agency, neither they are returning my emergency light nor they are saying anyword in this regard. This is a complete harassment of a customer. Kindly deal with the matter urgently.
