Wrong Information

Dear Sir

I have EMI card no 4477462049357005. when I useing this card first time on may 05 before useing I was talking to ur phone banking office. he tell me if you useing this EMI card no othere extra money will paid by you with only prosseing free and it is only appoxy 300rs. I have total use approxy rs 14000/- and also have been dep. 7000/-(1000/-per month) but my outstanding 9000/- showing right now. Dear Sir, if Due to wrong information I will have to pay extra money than it is clear I never use to your Bank credit & Debit card and also closed our saving account from your bank and never give Good feed back about ur bank service to any body.
