Dear Sir

I am Ahmad Al-Batainh and I had booked air line tickets with emirates airline to Tunisia

For 5 days and they confirm my visa to be taken from Tunis airport and in check -in they said it is ok no visa required same thing in the gate

I reach Tunis after 8 hrs to found that I can’t enter because no vise and they can’t issue in the airport

The police came & put me in room for 4 hrs to come back in the next plane to Dubai and no body let me make call from Emirates Airline Staff, they said that we cant help you to make call & we are not the same management office in Dubai??? I want to inform my friend in Tunis Airport for 5 hrs they are waiting outside.

And they show me in the departure screen visa required and the staff confirms to be collect from Tunis so they said this mistake from Dubai emirates airline staff.

Customer affairs Manager said that we are not immigration but she have staff can said you can go or not???

I come back to Dubai after 18 hrs too much tired and losing money, I made booking in the hotel online

I want to get back my money
