Wrong serving of meals

Sir/Madam

I started with Emirates flight (Details below) on 12-04-09 for Doha via Dubai from Delhi at 21.50 hrs..On board I was served non veg meal. As I was not knowing about serving I started eating my meal but as soon as I saw chicken pieces I called your staff member. After which my meal was changed with veg .meal.

Even after getting confirmation information (attached) about my meal from Emirates side I was served non veg meal. Due to this act they made a pure veg indian person into a non veg person which is a cheating with a person and it created a lots of mental stress on me. They played with the emotion of a person.

I made complain .inEmirates.

You are requested to inform how action can be taken against them in consumer court /any other place. To compensate it to me they have replied as &-quot;As a gesture of goodwill, without prejudice or admission of liability, we are pleased to credit your Skywards account with 5, 000 miles."In my opinionwhich in not sufficient to a pure Vegetarian Indian
