Missing Luggage

I travelled from Luanda (Angola) via Tag Airlines DT 550 on 15 th May to Dubai and then from Dubai to Delhi by Emirates EK 516 on 16th May.
When I boarded at Dubai I asked the Ground Staff if my Luggage have been Identified and they replied yes.
When I reached Delhi I could not find my luggage and registerd a complaint to Emirates Ground Staff.
As I had a Local Connecting Flight to Trivandrum with 2 Hrs I had to rush to the Domestic Airport and told the ground staff about my situation.
They aksed me to contact Trivandrum Emirates Office and still now I had not received any response. I had made several calls and still no feed back.
