Today I hve received appointment letter by mail from ammy recruitment agency london informing me about my selection. I am surprised to see the same. I need clarification as under

1 How come the selection has happened without any interview or discussions.

2 Why the agency above has sent me this letter rather than directly from emirates airlines group whom they have selected me.

3 Is this letter is geniune and authentic.

4 Could you kindly talk to me over phone on my mobile no 9705294599 (India, Hyderabad) immeditely.
