PF Claim Pending Since Long!!

Dear Sir’s,

This is my humble request to clear my PF amount from your Office

I have deposited my PF Claim through Form No. 28714014 on 7th May’2008 at your Nehru Place Office (5th - 6 th Floor, Skylark Building, 60, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019) but still I have not received my claim.

Please help me as a special case and forward my claim to my bank a/c details has already been filled up in given form. I have already visited your Nehru Place office 4 to 5 times between Aug.08 to Dec.08 but as per their records my application is Under Process.
