My EPF settlement application rejected

My Name is MUKESH PRASAD, I had been working in Reliable Data Service Pvt. Ltd as a computer operator since 01.03.2007 till 28.10. My EPF # DLCPM00333540000000105, Settlement application # DLCPM120100027963 & 67, EPF Branch Vazirpur, new delhi, i applied on date_13.02. i got a message on my mobile (your settlement application is under process.again i got a message after on date_13.03.2012 (your settlement application has rejected in not mention reason) sir i have not job till, you know, delhi is very expensive city, my monthly expenses 5000 per month, I had saved money that money spent, you tell me sir what i do sir, please help me. SIR MAIRA PAISA DILWANE ME MAIRI MADAD KARE, SIR MAI BAHUT PARESAN HU JO BHI MAIRE PASS PAISA BACHA THA OH KHARCH HO GAYA HAI.
