Employee Provident Fund
Not satisfied with the work of PF Department officials

Sir,

As of now i am very much depressed due to the work of officials of Employees provident Fund organisation, Pune, Maharashtra. Actually i want to withdraw my PF amount. I have submitted the PF withdrawal form to Employees provident Fund organisation, Pune, Maharashtra in March. And till now date, i didn t get PF amount.

every time when i calls to PF office in pune, they tells me one and only one thing and that is "we have got your form but it is not processed". Last time i had called them, It was 1th July. At that time, one of the official told me that she has taken my form for processing and i will get my amount upto 15th of July. and Now when i called them today by 15th July i got same response saying "we have got your form but it is not processed". and this is happened a lot time. i have called a lot of times to PF office and every time i have got the same response. I have urgent need of money and still i am not able to do anything for getting my own money. I am very much tired with this and now it has crossed my tolerance limit. and that s why i am here to complain against them. Please do something for this. I hope that i will get the solution of my problem.

Why this happens in india, i dont know. But i have experience with a lot govt servents in this regard.
