Not Received EPF refund

Dear Sir,

I have left Intelenet Global Services in March and had submitted the epf form in march.

I was informed by Intelenet that the epf amount would be credited in 4 to 5 months however, more than six months have passéd and I still have not received the epf refund. I am not happy with the services as your phone lines are always bussy and can never get an update.

I would request you to look into the matter at the earliest
