Employee Provident Fund
I haven t receieved my PF till now

My name is jitender kumar and my employee id is j-1284, i had worked with jyoti assocites from april to januarary 2009. i had applied my pf on 12th may and my pf account no is HR/25549/22788.iand my one of my friend kalpesh verma also not received the pf amount and his provident fund account no is -HR/2249/22770. we haven t receieved my pf money. please hlep me for realise my pf as soon as possible.
