Employee Provident Fund
I have not received my provident fund yet

I have not received my PF which was applied 2 and half years back from now.

I resigned from the organisation on 6th december and has still been waiting for my PF .

This seems the company is not interseted in paying back my money and following up all.

There have been serveral follow ups done from my end and more than 4 PF forms filled in.

I want my money for for the duration i worked - One year and the apologies from the company in 15 days period else i will appeal in court against the company.
