Have not received my full PF Settlement Amount till date

Subject: - Have not received my PF Settlement Amount till date.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my PF account number UP/32214/1342. I have applied (Form 19 & 10c) for PF Withdrawal on 12th Nov. On Feb 12th I received an amount of 4725/- thru NEFT to my bank account. I worked for Xansa India ltd for a period of 4 years and as per my knowledge I need to receive an amount of more than 208, 800/- including interest till date.

So I have raised complaint in the grievance cell (www.epfindia.gov.in) regarding this and following is the response from them. Please see below mail.

Point I am concerned is, I have never applied for PF withdrawal during the year 2005 and I am very shocked to see how come the PF department had settled and issued the below cheques. I have not received the cheques.

Kindly request you to look into this matter and see that my hard earned PF amount along with interest is credited to my ICICI bank account 00480156188 IFSC code:- ICIC0000048. Please let me know if I need to fill any forms for claiming the PF amount.

In this regard it is informed that the following amount already stand settled in your favour, EPF - Rs.100658/- vide cheque No.245862dated 23/12 and EPS - Rs.27170/- vide cheque no. 278988 dated 21/12. The balance amount left in your EPF account i.e. Rs.4725/- after the above settlement was lately paid in your bank account. As such nothing is left as balance in your EPF account.

Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office. Please quote the same in your future correspondence.
