Bounce of Cheque Due to Insufficient Fund

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I Swatantra Kumar Seth EPF A/c No. UP/21097/543, Ex epmployee of Ms. Mankind Pharma Pvt. Ltd. I have withdraw my EPF.

I have recived a chq from my HDFC Bank whic is return Due to Insufficient Funds and my banker has been deducted 50/- rupees for chq. retrurn charges.

I have send you this D.D. for reissuing on dated 08.06.2009 for Rs. 51, 603/- Drawn on State bank of Indina, Meerut Cantt Main Br. Roorkee Road, Dist Meerut, Chq. Dated 15.05.2009 Warrant No. 179904.

You are requested to pls. send the new chq. within 5 days with bank return charge at the earliest.
