Complaint against EPFO-Pune, regarding non refund of my Provident Fund

Respected sir,

I -Raju Ramkrishna, worked as Software Engg with S1 services pvt ltd pune (Est Code - 120725) from 1st Aug to 30th Sep 2008.I had applied for refund case wef 15th April to Paysquare - the organization that handles PF process for S1 services pvt ltd. I have been in touch with the executives of paysquare - who i believe was in touch with the PF department regarding my case and every time i call them up i get a new ridiculous reason. And I cannot find my status updated in the PF official website as well.

This has become a big pain for me, the organization which was supposed to take care of welfare of the employees has become, sorry to say, a tool for harassment. Events like this really brings a bad name to the organization and I hope some good will prevail and i will be refunded of my rightful money ASAP.
