Non Receipt of claim

Dear Sir/Mam,

My PF Account number - HR/GGN/25204/24486 is not being settled by the PF/EPF office Gurgaon (Haryana) even after repeated letters and reminders

Today morning they have sent me a letter stating that they have issued a cheque for 9725=00 bearing the cheque number 453786 dated: 24/03 itself via speed post

I have never received a cheque from them till date and also I was advised that the amount would be auto credited in to my account

I keep trying to call them on 0124-2578635-38; however there is never a respone; I have a scanned copy of my application and the letter I received from them; if needed I can send them across to you
