TRANSFER & CONSOLIDATION OF PROVIDENT FUND ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the Provident Fund office, KARNAL letter no. Acctts. Gr/1/HR/16773/330/6446 dated 31.03.2008 through which they confirmed that the amount has been consolidated and credited in my present account no. HR/16773/330 of M/s. Crystal Phosphates Ltd. But I received my account statement for the year 09 without consolidation of my previous account no. DL/5570/98 of M/s. Jai Shree Agro Industries Ltd. I also visited personally to PF office and I have sent several letters through Regd. Post, mails and faxes to various EPF offices, but no response has been received so far.
