Non receipt of PF

Ref: KN/PF/ACCTS/CASH/1025 DATED 29-03-08

On the said date a cheque numbering .023345 amounting Rs.3875/- drawn on SBI was forwarded to ICICI Bank, Ballygunge Branch, Kolkata with a copy to me. The bank was advised to credit my account with the procceds of the cheque. After repeated follow ups with the bank they confirmed they have neither received the letter nor any such cheque. I have intimated the same to the PF office bangalore in the month of august. Since then the matter is unresolved.
