Provident fund not received

Sir,

I have made several visits personally to PF office Bandra for the problem, till date I have not received my PF fund. My PF No: is MH/45815/91.

Since I have changed my bank and I have given all the details of the new banker to the PF office, still they have sent the money to the previous bank. Consequently it is not credited yet.

Kindly arrange to credit to my bank a/c at the earliest.
