Cheques not recieved in my account

Sir,

I recieved one letter (Ref -7019357/cashBAN 22/194/1944/R.L.No.-76669&70193528/CashBAN22/199) from E P F O, BANDRA dated 28/09/07, saying that they are senting cheques for Rs 53302 (cheque no.964153) and Rs 38374 (cheque no 865695) drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI MAIN BRANCH, MUMBAI towards Final/partly settlement and withdrawal benefit against P.F.A/c No. MH/20942/3271 and creditinng the same to my bank account no.13919 .but this cheques are not credited into my A/c upto this time. After writing lot of letters to bandra office and direct to Central PF Commissioner DELHI, again I got a letter (Ref: PGHS 0802197 dated 12-08 telling that they sending cheques for Rs 53302 (VD.CH.NO.964153) & Rs 38314 (v.d.ch.no.865695) dated 28-09-08 to my SB A/C NO 13919, BANK OF INDIA, ERNAKULAM. Unfortunately these cheques are also not credited into my A/C upto this date.

so please take neccessary steps in this matter, as I am financially put to difficulties
