P F Still Not received

Respected sir,

Sub: pending p.f. claim at epfo, kandivali, mumbai - no mh / 93799 / 772

Would like to bring the following facts in your knowledge, for early action and settlement of my provident fund amount

I tereza franky telies, i have submitted my two pf form i.e mh / 93799 / 947 on 08.06.2010 and mh / 93799 / 771 on 13.05.2010.

In this i have received p f amount of rs.8200/- against my pf no.mh / 93799 / 947 on 18/12 but still i have not yet received my 2nd pf amount which is submitted on 13/05, p f no. Mh / 93799 / 772

I received a registered letter stating that two cheque enclosed with my pf has been send to my account, in the branch of state bank of india, malad (w), and i have received the same... so could u please tell me that my 2nd pf amount when should i get. Plz do the needful asap.i am trying the kandivali office num continuously since 1mnth bt noone picking up d cal dere. Details are as follows
