In reference to the: TransferofPFPension

P.F.A/c No: MH/1959P/1843

P.P.O. No MH/MAL/3006842, I had visited The APFC (Pension)

Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,

Plot No.222, Sector No.3,

Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road,

Kandivali (West), Mumbai - 400 067.

on 27th Aug and given an application with a request to transfer my PF pension A/c from

The Punjab National Bank, Andheri (W) to The State Bank of Mysore,

Sringeri Branch, since I had shifted my residence from Mumbai to Sringeri.

I also visited The Punjab National Bank, Andheri and requested the manager to send to your office my PF Pension file. Copies of bothe above requests are enclosed herewith.

Though it is more than 8 months, I have not heard anything in this matter.

I shall be grateful to you if you could personally look in this and arrange

for the transfer at an early date.

I had also sent regd letter & fax as follow up but nom response so far. Kindly help me. Thjanks, V A Ganesan
