Delay in delivery of LPG gas

Dear Sir,

Iam a customer of Indane gas Agency and my consumer No. is 27426. My dealer is M/s Jaya Gas Agency, Valasaravalkam. Last month i booked a cylinder on 22.01.11 and i received the cylinder only on 11.02.11.By that time my cylinder was already empty. Now when i called the agency to book my cylinder on 15.02.11 they said that i can book the cylinder only after 21 days and i will get the cylinder after another 21 days then what it is the use in having an additional cylinder. We are not responsible for the delay in the supply then why should we suffer. Kindly take this matter seriously and take some action so that the consumers do not suffer every month.
