Delay in settling EPF Pension claim

Though my employer, KHANDELWALLABORATORIES PVT.LTD Mumbai, has submitted my Frm 10-D along with the required documents for the settlement of my EPF Claim and received by FPF Office, Bandra, Mumbai vide acknowledge dated 12/11 and our company’s man is sent twice a month to enquire the position about the claim the answer is that this month claim will be settled but for how many months this answer will go on

I am yet to receive my pension sanction order. Any body can help me to get my pension sanctioned. Now today I have checked my claim on line but still the answer is under process. Could you reply, the exact date sanction order of my pension claim
