Dear sir

Hello.

We live in Kolkata and we owned a flat with covered car parking in the year 2008 and do not received the parking space as alloted to 20 other flat owner inspite of paying the same amount as others, and our parking space is just like we can keep our car there, no extra space as others.

The basis of allotment :

Neither first come first basis, nor lottery, nor flat number wise, it was totally monopoly.

In agreement its written only flat no. with one covered parking space of Maruti steem car (approx.) and no sq. ft. is mentioned for parking space.

The Director of co. also resident of our building holding 4 parking space of his own and another two parking space not sold till date as they are booked against un sold flat with them till now and of which we are not even getting maintenance charges.

Resident promoter is not paying maintenance of unsold flats with an agreement with us at the time of doing our rejistry that till 18 months no maintanence charges will be paid and after that they will pay hafl of the maintenance till sale of flats.

Kindly, guide us if we can make any complain against him and what are the cheance of getting proper parking space.
