Not delivered the letter even after 10 days

I had posted a letter destined to Canada on 15th January they had promised that with speed post it will reach in 5 days. However its been over 10 days and the post havent reached them. Its absolutely pathetic to see such lag. It would have been better to pay 50 rs and get a normal post done as it reaches in 14 days. Absolutely unacceptable.
