Undelivery of speed post

Respected Sir, my name is T.Rajkumar Residing at plot no.8, Hanuman Nagar, Jaipuri colony, Fathullaguda, Nagole, Uppal On 29 th july a speed post was booked by R.T.A, Uppal on my name with the no. EN 825333672IN in my name and addressed to the above Address. The speed post consists of my ORIGINAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE of my vehicle. As per my EMS no. it was delivered in GSI (SR) Bandlaguda office, but the post office people told that they have not received such post with the no. EN825333672IN.What should i do? give me a advice to whome i hav to contact. I have made a complaint to postal sites like spc.hyderabad@indiapost.gov.in and speedpost@indiapost.gov.in but i yet i didn't get any reply from them.please take some immediate action and reply to this mail
