I had booked a consignment in an envelope at RMS Speed Post Centre of Lucknow Jn of Department of Posts-Govt of India on 15th January vide consignment No EU706931454IN to be delivered to Mr T.A.Najmi, Road No 1-A, White House Compound, GAYA (Bihar). Neither it has been delivered to the consignee even after 7 days nor the above referred consignment no EU706931454IN is trceble or trackable on the website of Postal Depatt. i think that much hyped EMS Speed Post of Depatt Of Posts-Govt of India is Ecentric Mail Service - Snail POst
