Delay in delivering urgent documents

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I have sent a speed post containing some urgent deliverables (consignment no. EK377431671IN) from Infosys Mysore office on 11th Feb to my native place at Agartala (Tripura). They told me that it will reach within 3 days and till now I my parents have not received that.

As it is extremely urgent for reaching that parcel in short time I request to the concerned officer to take a look into the matter.
