Non transfer of policies and non acceptance of premium

Refer to the captioned subject, this is to point out here that I am the policy holder being nos.-511811894 and 511811895 respectively since 2000.I am paying premium on regular basis since then well within time to get the policy alive. On 3.8. I make an application at Patna-IV branch to transfer my above said policies to Laheriasarai branch Dist.-Darbhanga (Bihar) for my convenience which they accepted on the same day. Till date, the documents had not been received at the suggested branch at Laheriasarai. Though the premium in one of the policy being no.511811895 was due on 28th of September, I approached to pay the premium but they are not accepting due to "non- location". Since then I approached several times from pillar to post for my bonafide cause but my approached goes in vain.

Due to latches and dereliction to perform duty on the part of LIC officials, I have been deprived of depositing the premium having no fault on my part.

It has creat serious concerned, if any untoward incident shall take place on my life, the LIC shall be solely responsible for that.
