No referal to complaint for more than 33 hours for no electric supply

There was power cut at 3.00am on 07/06/08 morning and we tried 30303030 for more than 6 times but there was no power suplly for next 3 hrs and no status discription for the same they use to say power will be back after 2 hrs... sometime 4hrs but power came after 33hrs on 08/06/08 at 12.30pm and even then there was no confirmation from line man to see wether power is on or not priviously it was that when line man starts the line he use to call at the no gvn and confirm wether power is on or not now no such things my account no is 102705674
