Poor Customer Service

I had been to the next outlet which had opened very recently at Rajahmundry. In line with the Broad Company Mission and Vision, the Shop is a big one with lot of employees, but the customer care is worost. I could not understand whether the employees were present to facilitate the customers or to demotivate/dissappoint the customers so much that they will think 10 times before entering the shop for the second time.
In line with the broader Company motto, the shop had wide range of products. So I had visited the shop within 2-3 days of its inaguration and purchased a DVD player. During my first visit also i could obseve the slopiness in customer service, still decided to purchase the DVD player as i thouht that may be the employees will take some time at customer handling as its a new shop and there is a large crowd.
Second time i visited the shop for purchasing a mixer n grinder now the big crowd had subsided and the shop had relatively few customers. No. of customers being less than no. of employees. Still they were not ready to show the products. Finally purchasing a grinder which need not take more than half an hour took me one and half hour. This time too i was patient.
But the 3rd time when i visited the shop it was the worst. I had planned to purchase a refrigerator and a LCD TV this time. this means a business of above Rs.70000 to the shop at one go. There were almost no customers. Still the employees had no interest in shwing the brochures or the products. any product i enquired about, they say they dont have stock.
I asked if they could provide the product within 7 days if i select a product from the brochure. The answer was in affirnitive. When i asked for the brochure they say it too is not available. (such a big shop and no brochures for Customer durables!!!).
I was told the brochure will be sent to my home the next day and they will deliver the product in a weeks time. They took my adress and contact No. too.
After an entire day's wait when i called them the next day, they say still they dont have brochures and they don't have any product.
I asked them whether they are interested in selling any product. The response was too cold. They just brush aside with cold shoulder. They don't wish to talk to the customer politely, leave aside delivering services.
There are many stores and many shops now a days from where a customer will definitely get his products. But for a shop loss of one customer tunes to loss of 100 of them.
I promised to myself never to step into this outlet again. Will also advise my known persons not to visit this shop to relieve them from the horrible customer service.
