ENGENEER ENTERPRISES(GAS AGENCY)
NOT DELIVERING THE REFIL CYLINDER

Sir,

I Akhil kumar a consumer of bharat gas. the name of the gas agency is ENGINEER'S ENTERPRISES (WZ-30, Nangal Raya, New Delhi-110046. My consumer No. is T-35473. I have booked my cylinder online 15days ago but i haven't got the delivery yet, when asking for it they said there is no booking of your cylinder. I want to draw your kind attention on one another problem the consumers are facing, not picking the phones. When i visited personally there and ask why are they not picking the phone calls, the answer shoked me they simply said phone is out of order whereas i have seen that they put the receiver on hold. Please do something and make things proper to get rid of these kinds of problems. Thanking you.
