Pension case

The undersigned, R.S.Agarwal, Retd. executive engineer Mechancial pension case was sent to SBI, CPPC, Panchkula vide SBI Model Town Branch Karnal vide their no 166 Dt. 21.10.2009 which has not been received back for disbursement of the Pension through Bank at karnal. The PPO NO is 157961-S/HR wherer in revised Pension is fixed as Rs.17940/- with commuted amount to be adjusted as Rs.7176/-.The postal address is house no 1086/Sector 09, Karnal 132001 (Haryana). The Pension has been sanctiond w.e.f 1.06.2009 and Paid upto September through Karna Treasury. The Pension has to be paid by The Bank as per option excerised from the SBI karnal from I.10.2009 by the SBI Karnal after receiving sanction from CPPC, Panchkual (Hry).
