Rejection of degree certificate for Special recruitment for Disabilities

I have applied for post engineer in EIL new delhi under special rectt. for disabilities.

I was shortlisted and called for interview on 10/06.During interview they rejected my degree of mechanical engineering and said I am not qualified as this degree is equivalent to mechanical engineer and they require only B.E and B.TECH. and sent me home. But in advt. they have mention as engineering graduate in mechanical decipiline with one year of expereince only. My degree is from Institution of mechanical engineer (I), www.imeindia.in, it is approved by AICTE, and Ministry of HRD.& UPSC. as equivalent to degree in mechanical engineer.

I have shown AICTE letter to HR of EIL but they rejected it.

AS i have the requisite qualifaction so kindly hav a look in my complaint.
