Lost luggage by EMS

Luggage was turned over from the family in Japan to Pune

of Maharashutra by EMS on April 11.

It entered the customhouse of Mumbai on April 13 when examining it with the tracing system for EMS. Afterwards, the place of my luggage is not understood. Luggage was sent three times for me in the past. Luggage was received on around the tenth at that time.

I could not confirm it to the postoffice near my company.

How can I do that?
