Misguidance about The Course and its Fee

Respected Sir,

I am one of the student from Pune Entheos institute Karve Nagar branch doing MSc. in Clinical Research & regulatory Affairs (MSc. CRRA) weekend batch and have given Ist Semester. I have taken Admission on 20-08 and was asked to pay the fees amount of 50, 000Rs, and i was given two receipts stating "for Entheos Institute of clinical research". the two receipt were of the amount 10000Rs & 40000Rs. while admission I enquired about the education loan facility and I was said it is available and you can avail it from bank of Maharashtra many of the students have taken and they have a tie-up with the bank and as soon as you get the loan you will get your 40, 000Rs back. The fee structure given to me was 1st Year - 90, 000Rs 2nd year - 90, 000Rs Books for the two year - 20, 000Rs And an Laptop will be required. But the other institute is taking only 22, 000Rs and giving the receipt of Sikkim manipal university directorate of distance education. Many promises were given like full assistance for your loan will be provided, It is a Fulltime course and it is not a distance education course also Jobs or internship will be provided and projects will also be given. But the fact is none of the above has come true. Now I have been given threats that if I do not pay the remaining fee 50000Rs I will not be allowed to give second semester and the dates of registration is running out Now i have already wasted my year because of no loan and while processing for loan I came to Know about the Fact. I am trying since the time of admission for the loan from bank of Maharashtra as well as State bank of India. But there Reply is that The University is the Deemed University and the university is not allowed to run out of campus courses. These all the Mentioned Things were handled by Mr. Vinod Nayak (head: marketing & operational). Please sir Let me Know what the fact is, since we are constantly been misguided from the institute and no action is been taken to this Fraud. My Kind Request to you Sir Please Help me out as soon as possible. I don’t want to waste my year and money.
